The Network uses the all inclusive term contact
data as way of referring to address, telephone numbers and other
information that facilitates people getting in touch with each other for
business purposes. Printed materials and websites having contact data that
misleads need to be corrected. Printed materials that show an obsolete
address or location map that can't be corrected should be tossed. Correcting
outdated contact data online means
doing more than changing the company website. Alert relocation leaders
make sure that all sources of the contact data for their operations
and personnel are updated, especially
directories and buyers guides.

The New Economy is volatile was a phrase used to define New
Economy in The
Network glossary published
before global
terrorism got the undivided attention of the people of
the United States of America on September
11, 2001. Before that
time the phrase was a reference only to the fact that online enterprises
were in a constant state of change.
After
911 the phrase
took on new
meaning.
Terrorism
gave
impetus to the definition
of cyberthug. Incidentally, the definition
was put together after reading Matthew J. Littleton's
1995 paper: Information
Age Terrorism: Toward Cyberterror Bob
