enterprising:

... showing initiative and an enterprisal approach in undertaking a new venture or engaging in an industrious activity. Taking an enterprisal approach essentially means moving into an endeavor with the same attributes and attitude as those of an entrepreneur.

Enterprisal and enterprising don't have the same meaning.

Use of the expression, enterprisal business, is redundant. A business is an enterprise. A person running a business may be enterprising. An entrepreneur starting up a new venture may be enterprising. In either case, a person showing an initiative and willingness to engage in a new project or venture, especially one that is difficult and risky, is seen as enterprising.

Enterprising is defined as ... being prepared to take risks and to 'think out of the box' in developing solutions to problems (The Times 100: enterprise culture). The source uses the term to define enterprise culture.
