The makeup os a site selection team varies depending upon project criteria priorities as well as the experience and expertise available to the enterprise on the hunt. For example, a company's head of human resources may be a member of the tem. Typically involved, also, would be the executive or manager of the concerned operation.

A relatively large operation is likely to have someone responsible for property assets, such as a corporate real estate executive. In other words, an enterprise of relatively large size is likely to have someone overseeing its real estate. Whatever the job title, that person is likely to play a key role in organizing and overseeing site selection projects, if not actually heading them up as site selector. Small bruises owners as hands-on managers are typically the heads of enterprise development and site selection. They are also likely to call on outside agents or consultants to handle the job of coming up with real estate sites.
